Welcome to the Injoy Partnership Program!
The following terms and conditions are for Injoy Partners and are an integral part of Injoy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All personal information and other data that you provide us is subject to it.
By participating, you agree to these terms
Registration Approval
We may approve or reject any registration application at our sole discretion.
Partner (Affiliate) Links and Coupons
We will provide you with a unique affiliate link and assign you a coupon code. Only promote your assigned coupon. Each customer referral resulting in a completed purchase will qualify for one referral fee payment, regardless of using your link or coupon code.
For each kit ordered the Partner is entitled to a set % referral fee. The amount owed in referral fees is calculated based on net sale revenue (after discounts and before taxes).
Partner Links and Coupon Codes will remain active for the course of this Agreement and may be used and shared any number of times. Coupon Codes are immediately deactivated upon termination of this Agreement.
Customers will also receive a % discount on all Products when using the Partner Link and/or Coupon Code at checkout. This applies to (but is not limited to) the following Products:
In-Person Sales (bulk order)
As part of the partnership agreement, the Partner can purchase the microbiome test kits from Injoy at an exclusive price of $175.50. For each kit ordered, the Partner is required to pay an upfront fee of $10 per kit to cover shipping, handling, and materials. The minimum order quantity is 3 for bulk orders.
Shipment for bulk orders: Once the payment for the shipping costs and microbiome test kit materials has been received by Injoy, the microbiome test kits will be shipped to the Partner.
Products Supplied
Injoy agrees to provide microbiome test kits either through its online store offering of drop ship service to the customer, or in bulk to the Partner’ location of business on a consignment basis.
For bulk orders, the microbiome test kits will be supplied in return shipping bags. To avoid any confusion or mix-ups, the Partner agrees to keep the microbiome test kits in their original return envelopes as they were received from Injoy.
Customer Support
Injoy will provide necessary technical support to enable the Partners to support customers during the onboarding and registration process.
Injoy will provide digital assets freely available to the Partners on the partner portal to support the onboarding process and provide client education.
Referral fees
You will be paid a referral fee on completed referred purchase orders, excluding taxes, customer discounts and shipping fees. Payment details must be provided to receive your referral fee . Payment schedules and fair use policies apply. Refunds and chargebacks within the terms and conditions will void any referral fees owed
Partners shall receive the referral fee in accordance with the schedule outlined below.

The Company will pay the Partner for each successful online purchase that was done using the Partner’s exclusive Link and/or Coupon Code.

The referral fee shall be paid to the Partner within thirty (30) days of the end of the calendar month based on the aggregated Net Sale amount actually received by the Company during the previous month.

All payments will be made through electronic transfer (Paypal).

There is no minimum payout limit.

Injoy reserves the right to refuse an attempted purchase by any person, in it's sole and absolute discretion.
Invoicing for bulk orders
The Partner will be invoiced for the microbiome test kits in the following scenario:

We use cookies to track referrals. Cookies must be enabled for us to track activity. The cookie duration is specified at registration.
Marketing Tools
We provide banners, logos and other media for your promotional channels. This includes education materials that can be shared with your clients.

Non-Compete
As a condition of participating in the Injoy Partnership Program, the Partner agrees to the following non-compete terms:

Non-Compete Obligation: During the term of this Agreement, the Partner shall not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with Injoy’s business or the services and products provided by Injoy. This includes, but is not limited to, offering microbiome test kits and related health products and services that are similar to those provided by Injoy.

Geographical Scope: The non-compete obligation applies globally, given the online nature of Injoy’s business and its worldwide customer base.

Non-Solicitation: The Partner agrees not to solicit, recruit, or engage with any of Injoy’s clients, customers, or employees for purposes that compete with Injoy's business for the duration of this Agreement.

Breach and Remedies: Any breach of this non-compete clause will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and may subject the Partner to legal action. Injoy reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available under law.

Exceptions: The non-compete obligations shall not apply if the Partner has received express written consent from Injoy to engage in competitive activities.
By participating in the Injoy Partnership Program, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms set forth in this Non-Compete Agreement.
Confidentiality
The Partner shall not disclose or use any confidential information obtained during the course of their partnership with Injoy for competitive purposes. Confidential information includes but is not limited to customer lists, business strategies, pricing information, and any proprietary information related to Injoy’s products and services.
Disclaimer
It is hereby understood and agreed that while Injoy provides reliable health information, the microbiome test kits supplied under this Agreement are not diagnostic tests. They should not be sold, represented, or construed as such.
These microbiome test kits are intended to facilitate discussions between clients and health professionals. All customers using Injoy's microbiome test kits should be advised to seek professional medical advice before making any health-related decisions.
The Partner agrees to convey this disclaimer to each of its clients prior to the sale of any Injoy microbiome test kits.
